ImagingPam is a database, debugging, distribution, help, IDE and webmaster tool that was first introduced in 2001 and has since been used in a variety of scientific fields such as leaf electrophysiology, coral research, phytopathology and marine ecophysiology. It is capable of imaging large scale samples as well as microscopically small samples down to the level of single cells or chloroplasts.
